The deadline is 5pm tomorrow, Wednesday, May 2nd.
The PTA and Creekside Administration have joined forces to plan a ‘Week of Thanks’ for our hardworking Teachers and Staff.
You can help by sending in gift cards from anywhere, in any amount for our daily drawing ($5, $10, $15 – Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, Target, Michael’s) Our goal is to have enough for each staff member to win one.
They can be sent in at anytime in an envelope labeled
“PTA Teacher Appreciation”
On Monday, May 7th the Staff Appreciation Committee will be decorating and stocking the Staff Lounge with goodies!! Please send in individually wrapped snacks… fresh fruit, trail mix, sweet treats, granola bars, etc.
There will be a cart in the office for these items the morning of Monday, 5/7.

Monday – The Administrators will be providing cold drinks for Staff in the Bus Lot. The PTA will provide Individual bags of The Mad Popper Popcorn for this refreshing after school snack!
Tuesday – Students are invited to bring in or draw a picture of a flower for your teacher to thank them for “helping you bloom”.
The PTA has also secured a special gift for each Teacher!!!
Wednesday – We will be doing a “Clap-in”… join us at 7am at the Teachers Entrance to school (Located next to the Kindergarten Playground at the top of the stairs that lead to the building from the Staff Parking Lot). Make a sign and get ready to cheer as teachers arrive at school.
Students are also invited to write a card, note or letter of appreciation for their teacher. (Don’t forget Cafeteria Staff, Custodians, Specials Teachers, Administrators and Staff.)
Thursday – The Administrators will be walking from class to class with a Coffee Cart and pastries for a delicious pick-me-up!!
Friday – A Luncheon is planned with subs from our favorite sub shop, Jersey Mike’s!!! The PTA will provide chips, homemade salads (fruit, pasta and mixed green) and a Strawberry Shortcake Bar for Dessert!!!
You are welcome to participate in any way that is appropriate for your family.
The makeup days for snow days for the week of weather we had have been announced… the following days were previously early release days and are now full days:
May 9
June 8 (NEW Last day of School – Early Release Day)
