Read below for important updates about Carnival:
• The Spring Carnival has been postponed due to high probability of rain. The new carnival date will be Friday, May 10 from 5-8pm.
• Information for our auction and raffle prize winners is below.
Carnival Auction
Thank you to all the amazing bidders for our auction, which closed Tuesday night! Be sure to check the auction site at www.biddingowl.com/Auction/home.cfm?auctionID=4175 to see if you were a winning bidder! You can pay for your item right on the Bidding Owl site, which is required prior to pickup. Since the Carnival has been postponed, we have three designated pickup spots in the following neighborhoods: Chancellor’s Ridge, Prescott Place and Chamberlynne. To arrange for a pickup after payment, please email creeksideraffle@gmail.com.
Carnival Raffle
OMG Eagles!!!! Creekside students sold 7,586 tickets!!! We have announced our winners of raffle prizes. To see our raffle prize winners, please click here.
For every 30 tickets sold, students will receive one wristband
(for example: 30=1; 42=1; 60=2; 89=2; 91=3). If your student sold at least 30 tickets, they will receive their wristband from their teacher the day of the Carnival (now May 10) in their backpack.

As an added hooray, Ms. Joshua-Wilson’s class had 75% participation – talk about SOARing! 🙂

Important Note to Parents: If you have any extra, unused raffle tickets, we would appreciate if you could send them back to your teacher for us to use next year!
Creekside Carnival
The Carnival is has been postponed due to weather to Friday, May 10, 5-8pm, at Creekside Elementary School!
This fundraiser event will include bouncy houses, face painting, a magician, food trucks, vendors and lots of games, deejay, prizes and giveaways! Admission is free. Participation in games requires a wristband ($30-includes all games and bouncy houses) or a punch card ($15 includes 20 games, and $8 includes 10 games; punch cards may be used for bouncy houses. Some activities may require more than one punch).
How you can help
We will still need A LOT more volunteers to make our carnival a success, particularly for the last shift for light cleanup! Volunteering to run a game booth is a great way for parents to help out in a FUN and EASY way for 2 hour increments. This is also the perfect way for students to receive 3.5+ hours of Community Service or Volunteer Credit. Please look through the list of games and see how you might be able to help. **Sign-up to help for any 2-hour time slot and receive a FREE PLAY wristband! (a $30 value)**We need volunteers to assist with set-up, running a game, and clean-up!

If you can’t volunteer your time, please consider purchasing items we can use at the carnival. We currently have no soda or individually-wrapped cakes!! All donations should be sent into school with your child or dropped off at the front office by May 8:
o 2 liters of soda, (any variety, plastic only)
o Little Debbie cakes (or any individually-wrapped cakes)
o Thank you families for all the candy donations, you have met our need for candy!
